If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for items within 7 days of delivery date. Email us at [email protected].
Exchanges:

We only allow exchanges for a different size on items. We must be notified within 48hours of delivery and the item must be returned unworn with tags still attached within 7 business days. If a bigger/smaller size is not available or the item is sold out then store credit will be issued. Failure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery or failure to return the item within 7 business days will result in a denial for an exchange. No refunds will be issued.

We will issue an exchange or refund via store credits only.

We kindly ask that all items requested for return / exchange is not used or expired, undamaged and unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any. If failed to comply, refund will be denied.

If you would like to request for returns via delivery, kindly note that there will be courier charges applicable. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping item back to us.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are not entitled to our free delivery promotion. If you are returning an item that was originally sent out under free delivery, a shipping and processing fee of $14 when issuing an exchange / refund will be deducted. Larger/bulky items will be subject to a $25 administrative fee.

In the event that a return cannot be accepted, the sender will either have to pick up the item from our location or have it sent back to sender's address - costs will be borne by customer.

Note that all self-collection of your exchange has to be done within 7 days at the location specified, otherwise it will be forfeited.

Shipping to the United states & Canada could take up to 5 days to a week to arrive.

International Shipping is can take anywhere from 13-25 days to arrive.

Please be patient due to the uncertain shipping times due to the ongoing pandemic.

Once shipped out we are not responsible for delays, missing, lost or stolen packages.

If happened to insert wrong shipping information, that can be settled by emailing us at [email protected] . Insert subject alongside the correct shipping information & we will try our best to offer possible fulfillment before it's shipped.

After the package gets shipped out & returned back to us for failure of pickup or invalid address, you will be responsible for paying for shipping again. There will be no returns or exchanges given.
