How long will it take for me to receive my items?
Items usually take around 5 days to a week to arrive. We encourage customers to remain patient as thousands of products have been delayed worldwide due to the ongoing pandemic.
Can I cancel an order?
No, we are unable to accept cancellations after an order has been placed on our website. Should you change your mind after an order has been placed, you can opt to return the item. Read more at the "return policy" page above.
Can I return my item and get a refund?
Yes but additional shipping charges may apply ($14 - $24)
Can I exchange my item for another item?
We only allow exchanges for a different size on items under $200. We must be notified within 48hours of delivery and item must be returned unworn with tags still attached within 3 business days. If a bigger/smaller size is not available or the item is sold out then store credit will be issued. Failure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery or failure to return the item within 7 business days will result in a denial for an exchange.
Items over $200 are not permitted.
No exchanges will be issued.
My package says it’s delivered but I haven’t received anything?
If tracking Information says your package has been delivered , but you have not yet received them.
Please confirm your address that you provided us, check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. If you are still unable to locate your package then contact us at [email protected]. We will reach out to our shipping handler and try to resolve the issue. Please note that we will always try our best to satisfy your needs but also understand that retrieving lost goods is never guaranteed because once your item is with the carrier it is out of our control.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
Your package can be shipped back out to you upon receiving. However, you will be responsible for a reshipment fee before your package can be sent back out to you.
I forgot to use my discount code while checking out. Can I apply it after my purchase?
Orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has been finalized. Instead, please use your code on your next purchase!
My order keeps canceling, why is that?
Unfortunately the system will automatically cancel an order for different reasons. It’s totally out of our control. You can try the options of: making sure the billing and shipping address are the same, trying a different payment method or try checking out with another card.
My card was charged but my order didn't go through.
If your card was charged but the order did not go through then the funds will bounce back. It may take up to 24 hours.
